What are your requirements?
  • Income: 3x monthly rent
  • No eviction filings in the past 3 years
  • Credit Score > 620
  • Valid photo ID and SSN for identity verification
How do I apply?

Apply directly through TurboTenant or zillow. Applications are processed within 24-48 hours.

Is there an application fee?

TurboTenant charges 55 and zillow charges 35 dollars. We do not receive anything on our end, only the final reports.

Tours and move-in

How do I schedule a showing?

If you meet our requirements, please text/call us at 540-324-9482 to schedule a tour. Same-day showings often available.

How quickly can I move in?

Most residents move in within 3-7 days of approval. Same-week move-ins available for qualified applicants.

What do I need to bring on move-in day?

Just your personal belongings and beddings. All rooms are furnished with queen size beds and mattresses. 

Lease terms and payments

What lease terms do you offer?

We offer monthly, 6 months or yearly plans.

What's included in the monthly rent?
  • Furnished private room and bathroom
  • All utilities (water, electric, gas)
  • High-speed WiFi
  • Bi-weekly common area cleaning
What's the deposit amount?

Typically, 1 month rent.

How do I pay rent?

We accept Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. 

House rules

What are the house rules?
  • Quiet hours: 9PM – 9AM
  • No smoking inside
  • No overnight guest
  • Clean up after yourself in common areas
Can I have guests?

You are welcome to have guests. However, for everyone’s peaceful enjoyment, we do not allow guests during the quiet hours of 9PM-9AM or any overnight guests.

Are pets allowed?

We cannot accommodate pets. 

Can I cook in the kitchen?

Yes, fully equipped kitchen available for all residents.

Rooms and amenities

Do I get my own bathroom?

Yes! Every bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom.

What furniture is included in my room?
  • Bed frame and mattress
  • Dresser and closet
  • 50-55 inch smart TV
  • Linens and bedding not included but available as optional add-on
Is parking included?

Yes! Every resident has a designated parking space.

Is there laundry?

Yes, we have on site laundry.

Sunrise Coliving is managed by NC-licensed real estate professionals. We respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours.
